Leicester Castle Business School – Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Coaching – 1/2 day training.
Delivering a training session around Sales and Marketing to post graduate students studying professional coaching.
Very much introducing a new way of looking at sales which focused on how we connect in business with a client focused strategy. Losing fear around losing revenue business and gaining confidence in building trust and relationships which cements longer term and a more fruitful business strategy. Building clients for life.
Feedback
“I had the pleasure of working with Jules recently when we delivered a training session for students on the Leicester Castle Business School Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Coaching. I found Jules to be a highly engaging speaker, very knowledgeable and willing to challenge the status-quo around sales and marketing. I learnt a lot from sitting in on her presentation and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an inspirational speaker who thinks outside of the box!”

Aston Business School – Aston University
I delivered a guest lecture in the MBA Advanced Strategy course for
Dr. Carola Wolf, Lecturer in Strategy at Aston Business School, Aston University.
The session talking about how to sell business ideas and strategic initiatives as a Middle Manager. Within that we analysed a Dragons’ Den video with the students in the session to explore things like how the content of a proposal is presented – forecasts, unique selling points, market opportunities, but also how this is complemented by other dimensions…considering dress code and other material artefacts you bring in (sample products, flip charts, maps, spreadsheets, other documents or visualisations….). The importance of active listening and engaging the people in front of whom you are presenting because you understand what they need from you. Being flexible with your pitch to adjust as the interaction unfolds if needed, and how to use great storytelling to connect with your audience.

Design & Delivery – EMBA Sales Management Summer Elective
I was delighted to deliver the EMBA Summer Elective 2024 on Sales Management in Budapest.
To be able to not only deliver it but also to write the syllabus was such an honour. As was working with the wonderful class of dynamic and bright mature students.
This is now a programme that is so important to deliver across the academic sector. It brings the human centric content to compliment processes and theory.
